Service on the Floor

I mention Brights here but I wanted to make a comment about the serice and expert feedback on the floor in general. My hardware shopping is in Brights Boston, the original, Brackenfell and Mitchells Plain as well as Cashbuilt Mitchells Plan and Builders in Parow East and Builder DIY in N1 City, Goodwood

Generally their services on the floor are all poor. Floor people are every and when you get someone they say its not ther section. The most irratating is when you buy a product they dont have they cannot direct you to a shop that has

For the return policy I rate Builders the best of all the hardware shops.
