I went to Brights hardware Boston, plumbing dept to buy some 50mm waste fittings. I found everything except the 50mm T fittings basket was empty, I drat I thought. But along come Lauriet to my rescue, looked on the system and saw your building dept had stock and went and fetched for me. In these day of almost no service, what a asset to any company to have staff willing to help. Well done.
