Rude Staff Members & Bad Customer Service
I am writing today to complain of the poor customer service I received from one of your company branches, Brights Langebaan. I have been a loyal customer at this store since opening, I have time and again received great service at this branch which is one of the main reasons I shop at this store, but to my surprise on Friday 15th May 2015, I was at the receiving end of some poor service and attitude. I went into this store to purchase a specific product and then asked one of the staff members at the paint &
