Poor service

Brights Watergate provides pathetic service. It's been three weeks of driving up and down and phone calls to them, however no product. It doesn't look like they believe in courtesy calls either, because if we don't call them, they just don't bother to call. Deposit has been paid, the manager Raymond is aware, but we don't hear from him. I've reported the matter on their complaints line, no response
