Pathetic Service

<p>On the 17th of July I paid EFT over R15000 for goods at brights Blackheath but after payment reduced the amount of goods ordered. Automatically I was suppose to get a refund (around R4000.00). I visited the store, phoned emailed the details and lastly reported my frustration to someone in their customer service. Apperently it was done yesterday but still no funds in my account. On top of that their truck damaged my paving and I immediately reported it the following day. All I received was talking from one person to the other. They will send some handy man to come and have a look (was told by Fernando) the Monday,but then they decided it will be done at their convenience. I complaint today to the HQ and now someone was to be send to inspect first. You know what Brights Hardware "DON'T EVEN BOTHER" its been a week and no one even apologised. There is nothing bright about your service..Thats for sure. You won't see me again.....</p>
