Outstanding customer service

We purchased an inverter from Brights and contracted our own electrician to install it - The electrician was experiencing difficulties with the installation, we contacted Brights via phone for assistance they gave our electrician advise over the phone regarding the fault he was experiencing. Raoul called back sometime later to see how the installation was progressing - At this stage it was almost 18:00, the electrician was still having problems. Raoul said they would be locking up shortly and offered to come and see if they could assist at our home. Absolutely incredible customer service they traced the fault and stayed until the inverter was up and running. Cannot speak more highly of the service we receive at Brights nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are knowledgeable in their relative departments.<br> <br>
