No Warranty on anything they sell, buy at own risk.

These people have absolutely no warranty on their products, I bought a pond pump and took the one recommended, by a salesman, it lasted a grand total of 1 and a half months, the manufacturer gives a 3-year warranty, but not according to Brights, They said I let it run dry and that's why it burnt out? How the hell do they know where they then there? I literally used the pump 3 times, for less than an hour at a time. They did not even send it to the manufacturer for an assessment? They literally had one of their salespeople open it and look. Really shocking service, they should remove there warranty singe and just put no warranty on anything, this is also not the first time I have had this issue with them, last time a cordless *****driver by them, lasted a whole 6 months, and they said I overcharged the battery? Now should a device not stop charging when it is full? Really this is like buying at a china shop, just a lot more expensive.
