Honoring warranties on electrical parts

Hi all, my concern is with companies selling electrical parts. They are not forthcoming and honoring their warranty. I bought a gate motor battery at brights hardware Blackheath and to my surprise it failed within 2 months. Took it back after purchasing another one got refunded. Then the second one failed as well, took that one in and to my surprise they said they are not honoring the warranty. I took the motor in and found out that it is charging correctly. I know the proverbial saying thus far was due to loadshedding but unfortunately for them there was none. I do have backup as in solar so there should be no other excuses they can pitch me. I'm disgusted at the way electrical suppliers are not honoring there parts and just want to mention that it's not OK to be selling parts of this low standard and quality. I hope that people take a stand against these companies and demand they quality control all their products and not use customers as their testing agents and refuse to honor their obligations to customer care and satisfaction. The battery I purchased was a fobbart.
