GREAT staff and customer service at Brights Hardware - Stonewood

Good day,

I just wanted to COMPLIMENT & COMMEND all your staff whom I encountered today (the lady overseeing pool aisle, Franklin, lady who helped me get card, tellers, security and collection point at the back) at the abovementioned branch. Believe it or not, I have never been in a Brights shop before today. But, what an experience - they were friendly, helpful and all whilst donning huge smiles. I have become so accustomed to fatigued and somewhat unfriendly retail workers this time of the year that this was so refreshing. Thank you to each and everyone of you for making my visit so pleasant and being so tuned in.

You have a customer for life in me now.
