Great service and helpful staff

What a fantastic service by the Montague Park staff. Despite the item being available online, when I went to the store I was not satisfied that the item in question was a display unit and a bit damaged.

The staff organised a new item to be delivered to the store and because of the inconvenience caused (travelling time, etc), they gave me the new item at the discounted display unit price. Ever since then I've done pretty much all my hardware purchasing at Brights.

Staff in other sections have also been super helpful in helping me find the correct product for my projects. I used to shop at Builder's Warehouse all the time, and now only go there when Brights don't have what I need.

Just wish they were closer :(
