Going the extra mile.

Having battled to get any sort of service from Builders Warehouse, I was pleasantly surprised to be helped by Wayne at the Table Bay Mall Branch of Brights. What brilliant service - and I just rock up and collect. And this is not an isolated case, as Wayne has helped me to source products that I have been unable to source elsewhere. Kudos to Brights - and especially to Wayne who has taken a great deal of trouble to ensure customer satisfaction.
