False claim for Total Impact Tool.

I purchased a "Total One Stop Tools Station" Impact wrench with bateries and charger rated for 300nm. When I used it to loosen my cars wheel nuts(120nm) it failed to do this. I took the unit back to brights on 03 March 2024 and they sent it to "Cape Engineering Supplies" for repairs. Ionly received the unit back early in April 2024. I used the unit 2 weeks ago to try and loosen a nut torqued to 210nm but was unsucessful, I had to borrow a friends Dewalt tool to loosen the nut, which it accomplised without a struggle. We then tested the unit to establish what torque it could work at. The best result with some struggle was to loosen a nut/bolt torqued to 170nm.

If it was advertised as having a maximum torque of 170nm, I would never have bought the tool.
