Exceptional service - Brights Hardware

I did an online order on Friday - but made an error in the delivery method. I phoned Brights Online number - and a lovely lady, Vilietta, was really helpful. On Saturday, Jacqueline from Brights Plattekloof phoned to say she had the order and would sort out the error. She also told me that she would keep in touch as far as the order went. This she has done superbly - phoning this morning that the order was now at the branch. This was a very small order, but exceptional service from both ladies - thank you.
