Excellent Service

Two weeks ago I went to Brights at Watergate branch in Mitchell'splain to refill my gas tank, which I though was empty. Later, while at home, I received a call from Chris at the store, he told me to come back to the store because my gas tank wasn't really empty. The tank was only finished today and I returned it. I wish to applaud Chris for such an excellent service, for making my money go a long way. Your store needs staff of his caliber, who have customer courtesy. This might seem like a small case, but it can go a long way on increasing foot count at the store and impacting sales in a positive way. This is a kind of service that encourages patronage, repeat purchase and ultimately loyalty. My hat goes off to Chris and I salute you on an excellent and exceptional service.
