Excellent Customer Service

On 2nd Jan I bought items at Brights Plattekloof and returning to my car, so dishonest excuse of a human being had ridden into the back of my car and left. It was a hit and run and I had no idea who it was. Luckily Plattekloof Village Shopping mall had security cameras that worked and I managed to track down the footage. I recorded it on my phone as it was a gentleman that had also left Brights. The staff and management recognised the man, identified who he was and tracked down his customer details. They went out of their way to assist me. Had I tried this via the traffic department, I would still be waiting. Nevertheless they keep inquiring whether the damage is fixed and that I came right with everything. This is truly going OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist a regular customer. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to management and staff and highly recommend the Plattekloof store to everyone!
