EMPLOYEE'S GOING THE EXTRA MILE

Brights Hardware Boston, what a absolute pleasure as a first time customer it was, I liked a mirror and the store didnt have stock, the gentleman in the bathroom and pool section helped me, couldnt remember his name but my word! he was extremely polite he contacted the supplier they had stock, he promised me he will have it today, he called me this morning, it arrived, got to the store with my daughter, gosh everyone was so polite man, they kept my daughter busy while he let me check every mirror (3) he unboxed and boxed it back up after the check....but my first hardware experience that was swift no hussle, they even opened a loyalty card for me, you have gained a new loyal customer, I just could not get his name but he wears glasses...but I would like to thank you for this AMAZING customer service. You guys are GEMS!
