Disgusting Service

My Husband went to Brights in Blackheath on Saterday to pay the quotation of more then R11 000 which was for Rok Bricks, Malmesbury sand, 19mm stone, 30 bags of PPC cement and 2 laundry poles ext. They promised my husband that it will be delivered on 30/03/2015 at our house in Kuilsriver. It's the 2nd of April, and the builder charge us a daily rate, and no sand or stone were delivered. And to top it off I ordered 5000 bricks which 1000 was delivered. And according my husband the manager told him we ordered only 1000 bricks. I've asked the sales guy to quote me for 5000 bricks and if the amount for the bricks were correct which he confirmed. He told me they buy it at the seller for 40 cents per brick which I will get for 40 cents per brick Thought it was to good to be true. This morning when my husband called for the sand and stone, they promised that the supplier are busy loading the trucks, and should arrive shortly. It's almost 13h00 and nothing has arrived. Apparently only half the order can be delivered. I'm utterly disgusted and frustrated. I'm loosing money due the unprofessional service of Brights staff members. If this persist you can close your doors for good.
