Customer compliment

Went into Brights Table Bay mall today looking for a really good power tool but with an extremely tight budget. The manager Paulo Pedro (hoping I got his name right) genuinely a great guy took the time to workout an amazing deal for me where I ended up getting more than I bargained for. This experience for me was truly amazing, what I call fantastic customer service. He may not recall but he also gave a nice discount to us a while ago on a shop spoiled but still good condition kids chair and table with my son has outgrown but our new born will soon get to enjoy. 10 stars out of 5 for Pauli and Brights Hardware Table Bay.
