Brights Brackengate what a joke

I went to Brights Hardware Brackengate to get some items wow what an unfriendly miserable bunch of staff no one greets no one is friendly no one is professional I asked for an item all I got was dirty looks and I got laughed at this place is a joke if you go anywhere in the world and u walk into a retail shop the staff are friendly and professional but not Brights Brackengate they should be ashamed of themselves they so common and rude so disrespectful I was made to feel unwelcome and I was told off like I'm bothering them like they don't want ne there it was the worst experience I've ever had in a retail shop I'm never going there again because I'm not welcome at Brights Brackengate. Good luck with your unprofessional miserable staff.
