Brights Brackengate - Service sucks

I went to at Brights Brackengate and because of lockdown safety precautions it took roughly 30 mins to go inside, spoke to the sales person at the irrigation counter, he then gave me a receipt to give to the casher, this took another 30 mins and when I finally got to the yard I was told me that pipe I wanted was out of stock. FFS!!! I went back to Brights Brackengate on Saturday 16/05/2020. This time I went directly to the yard as I learned my lesson. I was quickly assisted and taken to the pipe I wanted. Happy that they had in stock, off to the casher I go. The casher in the yard (Edwina I think) tells me they didn’t have stock of the pipe… WOW really!!! I go back to the yard to get the guy that showed me the pipe and off to the casher we go, he then convinced her that they have in stock, then by some miracle she finds it on their system. This scenario continues with each item I attempt to purchase: 15mm copper elbow for R61 after it was displayed for R25,95. I go to the plumbing section, take the price tag with the barcode from the display to the casher. Geobubble pool blanket again “Out of stock”, I walked pass this product a few times. Again to the yard I go, get the guy to come talk to the Casher…. Seriously!!! At this point the casher developed an attitude of note as if she is doing me this massive favour. I get home and the 20 mm class 6 irrigation pipe that I paid for, turns out to be class 3!!! ***. Now I need to go back to Brights Brackengate to get the difference in price back. What fresh hell awaits!
