BAD SERVICE

Finally the day I decided to write a review about Brights Blackheath. As a salesperson myself I pride myself on customer service to my clients, I am not always the best but I strive to be the best at all times. So here we go Mr manager at Brights, I have been going to your shop for a few years now and every time it's the same, your people working in the various department think they on holiday. Even now after lockdown, it's still the same they sit and have a hearty conversation and completely ignore the clients that are walking past and looking for help or trying to find items. And this is not a rare occurrence it happens every time I go there, two to three people sitting around talking. It is truly upsetting to know that people can take their work for granted knowing so many people lost their jobs in lockdown.
