Excellent service at Bright's

What an amazing experience I had recently at Bright's Richmond Park. I could not find what I was looking for, so I asked one of their assistants for help. The young man not only took me to the section where I needed to be but also stayed with me, as he guided me to the other sections that I needed. All with a smile and a pleasant attitude as well. It would have taken me much longer to find what I was looking for. He clearly understood what good customer service is all about. Unfortunately, I did not make a note of his name.
