Bad bad Service

Great store with significant investment.

A pity about the extremely bad service from Rafiq Mustafa who certainly does not fit the great service associated with this great brand.

He was found to be reluctant to help, no initiative, extremely rude and quite frankly useless.

It is a shame that a little leaven can effect the whole lump.
