Efficient and friendly

I phoned the shop in Boston to get a part for a stove which we bought in 1976. Darrel spoke to me and said he'd look. Richard got back to me after a day to say it was in stock. When I arrived and asked for it they had it ready. They were very friendly and I could leave the shop within minutes.
