BRIGHTS!.... Really lightened up my day.

So as most people know I have short term memory issues due to a sustained brain injury. By now I am also well known for walking around with a book a pen to note my day. Since 2015 I have been making notes on an app called Evernote then I also type it into a word document from my Dropbox at night. However with loadshedding there is no WiFi so I can't access my notes in my Dropbox and my Evernote app doesn't synchronize causing duplicate files. I then have to put my phone in aeroplane mode just for the application to work.... However my family that call my daily cant get hold of me. I now have to write things down on a page, update it on the Evernote app on my laptop then type it into a word document just because our router has no power. My anxiety gets so bad that I break out into a sweat. My uncle then suggested getting a generator but that's too noisy and expensive. I then done research and came across a router UPS. I am on a disability grant, I pay rent, for medication, child support, for dog food and sundries. I then contacted Brights about a disability discount or a used router UPS. I got a response within minutes and the person asked for my address. (to be honest I thought that was just to shut me up). At 18:55 on 6 February 2023 a BRAND NEW GIZZO ROUTER UPS was delivered. A business I have never had any prior dealings with gifted me (a mentally disabled person) with a brand new router UPS. Any person that helps someone that can't help them back is a business I would recommend to EVERYONE!
