Pathetic underhanded tactics

I wrote a review previously about this company and somehow they claimed it was false.

I want to state that whatever I wrote before is true and I stand to be proven otherwise.

The above company claimed my policy lapsed, I asked for the lapse date. The response was "probably in March" now this is pathetic to say the least. This indicate that the company does not have a tracking system where policies are tracked. They had to thumb suck this information that's why they can't provide a date. And they were allowed to get away with this. For me probably says there is a chance it lapsed in March and there is also a chance that it did not lapse at all.

Again I asked for premium history they only provided copied smses sent to me. And also they claim I did not pay premiums consistently but the policy was kept in force, how do they explain that. This is another indication that this company is a *****.

I won't talk reinstatement because of what I have stated above with regard to lapse date.
