No communication and no payout

Worst communication I have ever dealt with. 3 months after operation still no money paid out as per the policy we pay for. All documentation was filled and sent in the week after the opp. But please note that not 1 month they were late in subtracting the policy amount from our bank account. I will never recommend this company to any person. When the day comes when you really need assistance, they will not care that you have been paying for it for years. Weeks of promises but no action. Stay away!
