Never get a claim

This underwriting company was supposed to make a pay out of a claim during Easter holiday even today the claim hasn't been make instead the the insurance company AFJ insurance that uses Brightrock as their underwriter they've been making excuses after another. I never had this problem with insurance claim before and I so witch I can find a way to make them pay more than they suppose to pay out. FSP 11643
