Phoned brightrock today to query something on my policy and was NOT disappointed !!!
The consultant Lorraine provided me with excellent service, thank you for your attention and time to help me. Really went the extra mile! Thumbs up for this Lady :-) Really didn’t expect it to be honest, but it made my day! Good to see companies still make an effort. No surprise they are taking their industry by storm and being so successful! .
