Brightrock the admin nightmare that will ruin your life.

If you are a professional business person and you are looking for life cover, may I strongly advise that you do not under any circumstances attempt to get your life cover from a company called Brightrock. I will share my experience with them here after. Their aim? To make your life a living hell, burden you with paperwork like you will not belief possible for months on end. They will dig up every medical ailment you have had since you were born even if you said to your GP I think I may have a stomach ulcer for example, but you were never even diagnosed with a stomach ulcer. You would be required to compete 10 pages about your stomach ulcer, which was never diagnosed as such. You will have nurses call you, create WhatsApp groups and constantly harass you for appointments and chase you for paperwork day in and day out. You will have phone call after phone call to re-test and test and test you again and again and again. For a professional business person, the time consumption and admin nightmare is so vast that even 4 months later our application has not been completed. Now if you are female, it gets even better. The ************** is downright ***ist and degrading. My husband and I, for the same life cover we had completely diffirent test requirments. I had to be measured , weighed, urine tests, blood tests and the list goes on and on whilst my husband did not have to complete any of these tests, bar blood works for the very same policy. As I said 4 months down the line we are no further, this week we are being re-tested again..................more blood works. I have never experience such an admin nightmare. Even if you did not work and had all day to fill out forms and go for test over and over and over again, you will be left with the most excrusiating frustrating experience of your lifetime. I have taken the time to write this, so that no one else would ever have to experience what we have gone through with Brightrock.
