Bad service
Me and my husband is trying to get hold of some one in cape Town whome is dealing with our polisies as for every time the person is not working for them no more.
We need assistance with a claim and call center just say send mail to service at Brightrocks. Ja well no one is getting back. So I need some one to get in to contact with us if there is still a bright rock. Not to get to the fact we never get statements of any correspondence.
