Bad after service

It took them almost 5 hours to install 1 home aircon. It was working perfectly for only 3 days. Then I thought I've installed a fan.....Contacted brightman the Thursday, and I was told he can only assist me the next Tuesday. He suggested that I must get somebody else. Taking into consideration I paid R1800 for this installation. Its summer I can't wait. Ive contacted another installer. The nut on the outside was not closed properly and all gas leaked out. This cost me R850. I phoned Brightman and he said ooooo and he hanged up. I phone him again and his phone was off. I tried later that night and the next morning and the phone was ringing......what a horrible experience. People you can't trust. Check for reviews...and not on their website only....
