Want my money back

I app**** for a work and visa to Canada through Brighter Visas. I paid a deposit of R7500.00 after persistent calls from one of their consultants Roxanne Am., who was excellent in convincing me to apply through them. After payment of the deposit I was promised that a handover will be done and it is now 2 months and nothing has happened. I always have to call them to find out what the progress is and they always lie. I speak to a guy called Thomas who never knows what is going on. When I called the last time I was told that Roxanne is no longer with them. I need my deposit back as I think they are nothing but a **** as usual and want nothing to do with them.
