A consultant called Ishraat from Brighter Visas called me when I first enquired about Immigrating to Canada.He looked at everything & told me I would be there in 6 months.I raised my concerns abt them being on Hellopeter & the boss called me within 2 minutes to reassure me that everything was above board. I requested a one on one, even though the meeting was granted, I was told that it was not the way they did things.I voiced every opinion I had & they were never in the dark abt where I was at.The application costsR30 000 which I didn't have and was told that I urgently needed to pay the deposit of R7500. I managed to raise the money and deposited it on February 16th (2015).It would nw be handed to a case worker who I was told would be patient regarding the money and work at my pace.NOT THE CASE! I was met by a very fast paced, irrate individual named Ricky who I constantly had to ask to stop & explain things to me.He once brushed me off as being an emotional woman!!! The monthly deposit was demanded and I have sent so many emails and I have called to demand my withdrawal and my deposit.Nothing was done regarding my application, it has however caused major problems in my household.
