Non delivery /Bad service

I strongly advise any person wanting to use Brighter Visa's , to find themselves a more reputable company to partner with . Brighter visa's promised a wonderful service with your own case worker to handle our immigration . To this date none of this has materialised .<br> <br> My case worker disappeared after two weeks with no replacement until 3 weeks later after I phoned and complained , emails not been answered , no support , appointments to discuss issues and next steps not being upheld at all . 8 weeks and I received 3 phone calls the 3rd was because I complained.<br> <br> Brighter visa's has taken over R16 000 rand to provide this service which I have seen none of . I have sent 3 emails to terminate this contract and have received not a single response .<br> <br> I would like a full refund for services not rendered .<br> <br>
