No Feedback or response when requesting a refund!!

I had a feeling about these guys - that they were ***** and not a reputable company. I filled out a questionaire in January and an agent called me about me wanting to immigrate to Canada. They told me it would cost R30 000 to use their services and they have a 98% success rate blah blah. I didnt have the money at the time so I saved up and only now have been able to pay the deposit of R7500. They were very \helpful"and \""responsive\"" when I was communicating with them about this. Never mind the fact that since January 2 people that were initially handling my case have left the company (bad sign number 1).<br> <br> Anyway on Friday 5 June I paid the deposit and they called me to discuss my options. On Friday night I had dinner with a friend who told me a story about ***** regarding Brighter Visa's/Global Visa's. Before I paid the rest of the R22500 - I decided to follow my gut and cancel the service. This was Monday 8 June.
