Do not purchase anything from bright books…I repeat do not purchase anything!!!

Ordered an exam kit ebook on the 11th it’s the 21st and I haven’t received anything. They claim it will take 72 hours but nothing. I’ve sent countless emails nothing. You call the number on their website and it doesn’t exist. Now I have to go through the process of charging back through the bank and lost valuable time studying. I’ve ordered from them in the past so it’s shocking that they became ****mers. I used to recommend them in the past. How is a phone number which doesn’t exist on your website. Hopefully the banks blacklist them. I’ll contact their payment platforms to inform them of the ***** taking place.
