terrible service

In wanting to use their entertainment for a team building event I Google and their contact details which are all faulty came up I then managed to get through on the information center number and the gentleman informed me that he will go and see what the problem with the engaged landlines were and assured me that he will call me back he had yet to return the call and when I called them he put denied me calling and denied saying he would call back I am horrified at the attitude from these people and will not use their services
