Absolutely disgusted and disspointed

<p>I visited the Spur at the Bright Water Commons Shopping centre on the 21st of January 2017. My sister and I waited over half an hour for our drinks which was hot chocolate which was served to us cold. we then waited another 20 min to place our main order, which was an order for the 300g Rump Steak, when it was served to us, it was absolutely raw... I ordered it to be medium to well. As we cut the Steak the Blood actually poured out, we then called the manager who wasnt appologetic at all, nor was the waitress who was serving us. They were more concerned about what we should pay for, Not one staff member apologised for the pathetic service and disgusting food served to us... I am highly dissapointed and i will never give spur at the water front a Good Review to anyone</p>
