Amateur poor quality gate motor installation

Very poor quality workmanship. Quoted one price and then wanted to charge more after arriving on-site without any proper motivation or explanation. Didn't have any conduit to put in the ground after I confirmed in writing that this is what needs to be done. Didn't have the proper tools to complete the job and the drill broke halfway through. Didn't even know how to put a normal plug on safely, wires were showing etc. Didn't have cable ties or anything to do a proper and neat installation. Installed the gate motor skew, it then vibrated and came off the motor wheel after using it twice. Bright didn't want to return to fix the problems he was full of excuses including not having transport and then all of a sudden he had Covid and had to isolate for 21 days according to his doctor. I asked for a refund which could be done via EFT, he then rep**** he doesn't have any money. This is after he offered to refund me 4 days prior.
