Unprofessionalism- Bad attitude

My son was a student at this school for 10 months. During that period, whenever I sent emails or whatsapp messages to the owner, he never responded up until even 1 week later- very unprofessional. He would show up late for lessons and we had to wait. On the 10th of October, I personally went to the studio to arrange for Nov and Dec lessons as we were not going to be around. Whilst I was there I arranged for an earlier time slot for the following week becos my son's usual sat classes were going for camp and we were not going. Roelof agreed. When my son and I showed up on the 17th, Roelof had completely forgotten and had accepted a new client into that time slot- yet we had arranged the previous week. He was then very rude and obnoxious and said he's giving us notice and we must not come back- because I complained that I had arranged and I am certain that he forgot. It seems he doesn't like anyone saying he has a bad memory. After we get home, he sends me a whatsapp to now say my son is banned from coming back and this man teaches kids!!! So, think about when he will turn around on you like that. You don't want to attend this unprofessional school!!! My son has a new school now :-)
