I’ve been trying to get a nanny from them

I’ve been trying to get a nanny from them. Everytime the “boss” refers a lady, you have to pay her a R500 service fee.. unfortunately these Nannie’s are not trained. She’s sent me people that sit on their phones the whole day, people that *****. People that don’t even know how to look after kids. And Everytime you complain about the services, the boss believes her employees. And she then cuts you off. I’ve had Nannie’s that I even buy clothes for and they stay with me full time. They eat whatever they want and even when they go home, I give them groceries. My friends say that’s why they take advantage of me. So basically I’ve been paying this woman for services and nothing has been getting done from the bosses side.
