Briel Incorporated - Avoid

Process started 5 months ago, within 2 months the application was sent to the courts, we were kept updated Until that moment. 3 months later, minimal communication the application was not granted by the courts. I simply asked what happened with the money raised, one simply rep**** “it was used for the legal fees and expenses”, now I agree that the work is not for free but +-R30k’s worth before even getting into court? Personally I did not want the money back I just wanted an answer. I told them this and that I’ve used lawyers before that don’t charge that much before getting into court. I mentioned that if they didn’t have all the funds why did they go on and do an inferior job? ... I was then rudely told that that’s my opinion and they did an amazing job with little funds and they don’t understand my criticism, she further went on to ridicule my mention of other attorneys, within minutes another message came through from now the main guy saying he doesn’t appreciate my tone and arrogance and I just phone him so he can post a voice recording (for who knows what). I just said that “your attitude and customer service is sh*t and disgusting, keep the money I don’t care”. His reply was “I’m still waiting for your call Mr keyboard warrior”.

Now this is the 2 founders of the firm and they speak to people like this? Disgusting.
