No response to emails or resolution to problems

I have had the smart geysers for many years and all of a sudden been having issues since Oct 2022. Have mailed to asked for issues to be resolved without success. Since Nov 2022 they have also stopped responding to my emails. Best answer ever received was to blame loadshedding. So not a great response.
