Warranty ****

I purchased 4 Bridgestone tires from TWT Balfour Park, I choose these specifically for the tire warrantee, The sales person even put the tire warrantee on my invoice. when I hit a pothole they informed me that if you look at the fine print it excludes run flat tires?!? so after a few days of arguing they replaced the tire and made the sales person pay for it out of his own pocket!! I unfortunately damaged a second tire within the year and now they refuse to replace it for me. It is not my problem that Bridgestone and TWT did not do sufficient product training , I would like my tire replaced ASAP (I am also disgusted by the fact that the employee had to pay for a mistake that in my opinion is poor product training )
