I bought a fireatone tyre that comes with the guarantee November 2020 then I made a claim by January 2021. Due to the crisis that every company is facing they didn't have stock in January because cause they only opened mid January so I was driving with a spare wheel for more than 3 weeks but what I admire most was the service I received from Mr Ary Coetzee keeping intouch with me and updating me with the progress. He gave me is office number and also his cell what'sapp number so we communicate anytime because he understood the frustration I was in driving on a spare wheel so after all his efforts I managed to get a tyre on the first banch of production.
