Poor service from a renowned service provider

I had purchased a new tyres in December 2023 and noticed there was an issue with one of the tyres. I was directed from Tyre Mart in Ballito to contact the director of Bridgestone whereas Tyre Mart could have resolved the issue. We have been running up and down to tyre shops and recurring costs onto me and I have taking off from work. You claim that this tyre negligence. They said potholes etc... What is the etc? This states that you don't know what the real cause of the bulge yourselves that's why you are stating etc... There is not even a scratch on the tyre on the outside and not even a piece of rubber that is chipped or removed. The rim is 100% scratch free. We have done only 700km with this tyre. This tyre is brand new as we only received it within a 2-month period. I am of the understanding that the quality of your product is not good enough and durable.
