Many excuses after complaint

<p>After 22 000km my front tyres looks like it has been cut with a knife. Autoquip in Bloemfontein made an appointment with the rep from Bridgestone. After a quick look at the tyres he mentoined a few possible reasons like possible sun damage, not rotating the tyres every 10 000km and the most terrible excuse was getting my tyres pumped at service stations whose machines is not getting calibrated regular. No please tell me, I have my booklet and proof of payment attached and NO WHERE the dealer told me all this ! </p> <p>All they manager could do for me was offering me another set of Bridgestones at a better price....</p> <p>No way am I going to make the same mistake !</p>
