Irresponsible and neglectful Service and product quality

I bought a brand new tyre which went flat within a week. I was told by the dealer that Bridgestone must inspect the tyre and then let us know whether they will replace it. Since the 17th April to date they have provided no feedback and don't get back to the dealer.

I've been driving on a spare tyre since April and cannot afford to buy a new tyre again. This is now putting my life at risk and is unacceptable.
