Free Tyre Damage Guarantee

I bought a brand-new firestone tyre, unfortunely It got damaged within a month, it had a bublble. I remembered that firestone tyres come with a 1 year free tyre damage guarantee. I took the tyre where I bought it from, I thought it was going to be a quick replacement. Apparently the tyre needed to first sent away for an assesment and I must sort myself out while waiting for the assessment results. I ended up buying another firestone tyre ( I prefer firestone tyres) in the meantime while I wait for the results. I got the results last week and they were negative, apparently the damage sustained by the tyre falls outside warranty/guarantee conditions.

I feel ******, there is no guarantee on these tyres and I have learnt the hard way. the set I have on now is my last firestone sett.
